1. Data processors (subprocessors)

To provide the AI features of the Service, we use the following subprocessors, which may process data on our behalf:

• OpenAI — prompt processing and code generation (APIs).
• Anthropic — prompt processing and code generation (APIs).

These providers have their own privacy policies and compliance commitments. We recommend reading OpenAI's and Anthropic's official policies for details on how they handle data.

2. AI model training

Your data (code inputs, prompts, and conversations) is not used to train public models from OpenAI or Anthropic. We use commercial (paid) APIs under which, per those providers' policies, data sent via API is not used to train models. This helps ensure your code and ideas are not fed into models broadly available to third parties.

3. Data collection and storage

To operate the Service, we store:

• Chat history — conversations and prompts tied to your account, for continuity and support.
• Projects and artifacts — projects created in the Studio, settings, and files you save.
• Account data — identification, email, and preferences, as provided by the authentication provider (e.g. Clerk).

Storage uses our infrastructure (including Supabase), in a secure environment with restricted access and industry security practices. We do not sell your data to third parties.
