1. AI disclaimer ("as-is")
The Service uses artificial intelligence and may produce incorrect, incomplete, or insecure code. GoDev Studio is provided "as-is", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or freedom from errors. The quality and security of generated code are not guaranteed.
2. Human responsibility
You agree that you are the sole party responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code produced by the Service before deploying it to production or using it in real environments. Using generated code without adequate review is at your own risk.
3. Intellectual property
You (the user) retain ownership of the generated code (output). GoDev Studio does not claim rights over your creations. However, we do not warrant that generated code is unique: the AI may produce similar code for other users. GoDev Studio is not responsible for similarities between outputs for different users.
4. Limitation of liability
In no event shall GoDev Studio be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising from use or inability to use the Service or generated code. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
